Please collect your essays. In this ephemeral world it would be good to be able to think that my time had been wisely used in marking them, but they have been sitting in my room for some time now, forlorn and uncared for.
As various teachers have told me they have encountered lost souls searching for the magic folder in the past, I have now stapled the marking folder to the door of room 6 to avoid ambiguity. Of course you can still put essays there to be marked, but I'm out of school tomorrow at a conference, so if you put them in after today they won't be looked at until Monday.
On the good side, less than a week to go. Bet you can't wait...

Obviously as the exam is tomorrow I'm not too worried about them but just wondered if there were any last minute hints/tips that would be useful?

Oh no! I didn't get any essays from you! The school e-mail was down for awhile from Thursday evening, which I suppose might have blocked them (and I still can't get in from home).
ReplyDeleteI'll be giving an exam session tomorrow just before the exam as a reminder of what to do, so come to that...
And remember the AOs and make sure that you signal clearly what you are doing...
